Wellness Retreat Experiences

Unwind and relax. Connect with yourself, with others, and with nature. Namaste in the North Wellness Retreats provide an opportunity to practice self-care during a weekend getaway. Beginner yoga and meditation sessions are provided daily, as well as nutritious meals to nourish your body and soul. Activities to promote and practice mindfulness will be shared, and there will be time for choice activities that speak to you.

Shorter retreats are also available by request, so if you would like to schedule a day-long or half-day retreat, contact us for more information.
